Requirements

To set up SSO access for your company, you need access to your Microsoft Azure Account and must have permission to add and edit new applications there. You also need the Manage company permission in tagIDeasy

Create New Enterprise Application

  1. Navigate to Enterprise Applications in Microsoft Azure

  2. Create a new application

  3. Use tagideasy as the app name and choose the last option

  4. It might take a short amount of time, but your app should be created within the next minute

Configure the single sign-on connection

  1. Select Single sign-on from the Manage section of the navigation

  2. Choose SAML as your single sign-on Method

  3. Select Edit on the first configuration Section

  4. Login in to your tagIDeasy account in a new tab, navigate to My company and open More actions . Chose Setup single sign-on here.

  5. Copy the 2 fields Identifier and Reply URL from tagIDeasy and paste them into the associated fields in the azure application configuration. After that click Save on the top left

  6. Copy the App Federation Metadata Url from the SAML Certificates section and head back to tagIDeasy

  7. Paste the URL into the associated field in tagIDeasy and fill out the domain wich should be the domain of you company email. If e.g. your company mail is [email protected] your domain would be my-company.com . After that save the configuration.
